Today marks the 4th-year anniversary since the center opened on June 11, 2019.
For the most part, all goals are met even with the challenges and changes that took place since the pandemic in March of 2020. The first three years, we established three programatic areas (academia, art, and community), the fourth year, we created MiXtopia International Think-Tank team with members who have Okinawan roots across national borders and are invested in Okinawa's futurity. The 5th-year brings new changes and opportunities for growth and development.
We will provide details in the coming weeks. For now, we take time to celebrate the accomplishments and blessings that brought us to this fortuitous day~.
